　　for one thing, i consider myself not only a teacher, but also a learner. being a teacher allows me, in fact forces me, to be a learner. first, i must prepare all that i will teach, during which process i myself learn a lot. secondly, i must find ways of helping my students to understand their assignments.thirdly, i must then try to understand and respond in a helpful way to my students' ideas. fourthly, i must force myself to be creative, because if i deliver a boring lesson, my students will feel bored. and to be creative, i must learn more.

　　moreover, a teacher's job is not (and does not need to be) a routine. if you find yourself bored with doing the same thing over and over again, you have only yourself to blame.this is because a teacher has a great deal more independence and control over what he does than many other professionals do.also, you may find teaching a "people job." it involves interacting with students and helping them to interaet with each other. a good teacher will make his ideas alive, and will awaken idea in the ininds of his students, in the process, he will benefit by getting to know his stttitents and their ways of thinking.

　　蒋老师是我们班的英语老师，也是班主任。她每读课文时，每个单词的发音都很标准，声情并茂引人入胜，让人听的不想停止，只想让时间停留在这一刻。我很敬佩蒋老师，遇到有的题目不知答案是否标准时，她就会和别的老师一起研究讨论得出一个正确的结果给我们，而不是直接放过它。这一点我很敬佩，当然，蒋老师还有很多值得我们敬佩和学习的地方。

　　I was not able to get high marks when I was in primary school. Teachers didn’t like me because I was not a good student. Mother considered me as a bad kid. They hurt me by thinking I am a retarded child. But I am no fool. Almost all of my paintings were showed in public. Many famous artists had praised me for my paintings. They called me "little prodigy". And dad was on my side too. He encouraged me to do what I liked and what I thought was proper. He told me that interest is the best teacher, Dad did what he could to develop my talent fully. I believe that interest together with hard work will make me a successful artist in the near future.

　　本周周3星期四原本是有英语课的可是听说音乐老师的女儿在外地生病住院了，老师就去那里去照顾她的女儿去了，所以这两节课就有新老师来带星期三下午是有两节英语课的，老师竟然给我们找了一个代课的老师。这个老师我原本在我考试的时候遇见过两回，都是给我监考的'那个，监考老师看他的样子，我开始一直以为他是一个数学老师。也感觉他并不是那么严，而早上第一次上课时看他做了连续好几个搞笑的动作让全班都大笑了起来。

　　听他讲的东西都在电脑上，可是他好像连电脑都不太会用，这看上去都感觉他十分的好笑。可是后来他不是那么好笑，他还是很严格的。只要上课说话就要站到外面去，而且他还说几个人说话是讨论的就到外面去讨论区，说完再回来。虽然是这样说，可是还是没有人敢到外面出去，说不定出去之后就再也不能回来了。

　　感觉他的英语教的还行。他做的英语课件还行，可哪都都太多了，7，8，9年级的部分都有。星期五下午要开家长会，都是在一起开了。不让他知道这样说无非是在后面说我们以后怎么办，下学期可以上绩效，就可以去上了。想上高中了依旧要好好带上。
