英语新年作文 篇1
The Spring Festival is the biggest traditional festival in our country.
Whenever the Spring Festival comes, people working in the field will return to their hometown and be reunited with their relatives. I also go back to our hometown with my mom and dad. The Spring Festival couplets were followed with dad before twelve in thirty. There is a legend in the spring festival couplet. It is said that there was once a monster called "year", which often hurt people. But it is very afraid of red and sound, so people use spring couplets and firecrackers to deal with it. From then on, "year" did not dare to hurt people again. After my spring festival couplet and my father, I had a reunion dinner with my family in my hometown.
On this day, we get up early to say hello to friends and relatives. Then we went to the home of the Baoxiang temple, a door saw huge crowds of people, people come here to pray for happiness and peace. People are still burning fireworks in the square, and all kinds of fireworks are blooming in the air. It is very beautiful. At the beginning of the year, we began to go to relatives. At this time, the best thing for the children was to receive a lot of red packets.
The spring festival really makes me happy!
